Thanks for your customer's trust, this customer has ordered our biscuit machine one month ago. Today their biscuit machine production is finished, it's under packaging and loading, we will use standard export package to avoid the machine damage during shipping. 

After shipping, we will provide professional after sale service for machine installation. Beside this, our enginneer will teach worker how to operate the machine and provide biscuit formulation, which will ensure customer make the ideal biscuit to meet the marekt requirement.
